01.Flurbiprofen, with the chemical name 2-fluorine -α -methyl (1,1' -diphenyl) -4-acetic acid, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. 02.Flurbiprofen, also known as phenylflurbiprofen or flufenisal, is a potent phenylpropionic acid class antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug. It can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins by cyclooxygenase to exert analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
03.Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects are 250 times and 50 times that of aspirin (also known as acetylsalicylic acid, Chemicalbook), respectively.
