Refine and purify:
01.20g of 98.2% filocoxib crude product was added into 100g of ethanol-purified water mixture (the mass ratio of ethanol to purified water was 1:1), and the solid filocoxib crude product was completely dissolved by heating at about 60ºC, 2g activated carbon was added, and the mixture was stirred at about 60ºC for 30min. The mixture was filtered by Chemicalbook, and the obtained mother liquid was cooled naturally under stirring conditions, and then solid was precipitate after slightly cooling. The above liquid was cooled to 0 ~ 5ºC for 30min to completely crystallized, then pumped and filtered, and vacuum dried at 50ºC to obtain 16.2g white filocoxib solid powder with HPLC purity of 99.5%. The refining rate is 81%.
