Features:
01.Biuret is the product of deamination and condensation reaction when the temperature is higher than the melting point of urea (150-170 ºC) in the production process of urea.
02.The chemical formula is NH2CONHCONH2. The equation is as follows: NH2CONH2--(heating)-->HNCO+NH3; HNChemicalbookCO+NH2CONH2→NH2CONHCONH2, crystalline urea in the granulation process, will also produce this substance, toxic to plants, so the urea content of biuret should not exceed 1%. The urea content of biuret for topdressing outside the root should not exceed 0.5%.
01.Used in ruminant feed, the same as urea as a feed additive, but safer than urea.
02.Uses Used as pharmaceutical intermediates, growth hormones, blowing agents, paint for analytical chemistry. Production method Urea, water and disodium hydrogen phosphate are mixed and dissolved by heating.
03.Heat up to 150-160ºC chemical store and keep warm for 2h. After the reaction, the reactants are poured into water, left overnight, filtered out and crystallized into crude products, recrystallized by dilute ammonia water to obtain the finished biuret.
04.In urea production, the intermediate urine is used as raw material, and the finished product is obtained by heat shrinkage, separation and drying at high temperature.
