01.Toltrazuril, a triazinone compound, is a new broad-spectrum special anticoccidial drug. Toltrazuril is a white or white crystalline powder; No odor. Dissolved in ethyl acetate or methylene chloride, slightly dissolved in methanol, insoluble in water.
02.The mechanism of action of toltrizulil is to interfere with the nuclear division and mitochondria of coccidia, affect the respiratory and metabolic functions of coccidia, and make the endoplasmic reticulum of cells expand and serious vacuolation occur, thus causing the death of coccidia. It mainly acts on the schizogenetic and gametic reproductive stages of coccidia.
